Introduction of the ZDHC Platform data modification fee

Recently, we have received an increasing number of requests from second and third parties to modify data and upload documents on ZDHC platforms. The requested changes, often connected with mistakes in the uploading, require intervention by ZDHC’s specialised technical teams, who are responsible for maintaining and updating the platforms.

Their work in making these updates across the platforms ensures that all modifications are implemented accurately and consistently. Therefore, maintaining the integrity and functionality of the ZDHC platforms..

In order to address this issue, any request for modification, deletion, or uploading of documents or data on our ZDHC platforms (e.g., Solution Provider Platform or Gateway) will now incur a management fee, reflecting the resources required.

All requests will have a corresponding contract which much be signed before proceeding. Each request must be submitted with full justification and evidence, enabling them to be properly and timely managed by the ZDHC team.

This process provides an efficient approach to handling modification requests, ensuring the ZDHC community has access to more reliable and accurate data.
