New Chemical Product Upload & Verification Process

We would like to remind you from 1 April 2025 there will be a significant update on the ZDHC Gateway Chemical Module. This revamp of the system is designed to streamline and accelerate product upload and the verification processes. It will reimagine workflows for all stakeholders.

Recognising the need for increased efficiency and improved user experience, we’ve developed APIs to enable seamless communication between the Gateway and ZDHC Approved MRSL Certifiers’ databases. This automation eliminates manual verification, leading to:

• Faster verification and publication of ZDHC MRSL conformant chemical products.
• Improved data accuracy.

Key Process Changes:

1. Formulator: Creates draft product profile on ZDHC Gateway.
2. Formulator: Shares related details (ZDHC AID, Product Name, Product ID) with ZDHC Approved MRSL Certifier.
3. Certifier: Pushes the ZDHC MRSL related certification details via API or manual bulk upload into ZDHC Gateway.
4. Formulator: Completes product profile (SDS, etc.) and publishes.

This updated process will reduce turnaround times and enhance data integrity.
