From 1st November 2024 using the On-site App for sampling became mandatory. Meaning any sampling conducted after this date, must include the project number (e.g. O-P-0000) during the EDR generation process.
To support this transition, we previously emphasised that during the May–October 2024 sampling cycle, at least 50% of sampling activities were to be conducted using the On-site App. This period was intended to help you familiarise yourself with the tool before its mandatory implementation. Following these guidelines enabled a smooth transition
Process Reminder
- On-site App projects must be created before the sampling date You should do this at least one week in advance). This ensures all necessary steps are followed including, completing the pre-visit documentation and preparing for on-site activities without delays.
- The supplier must be fully registered and active (reporting fee paid) on the ZDHC Gateway before creating the project and initiating the sampling process.
- Projects created after the sampling date will not be considered compliant with our protocols.
